Even though some might have doubted that recent mom JLo would be capable of finishing the triathlon, it looks like Jennifer showed them all and completed the challenge successfully – in 3 and a half hours – wow, quite a workout!

Some of us are lazy to get off the couch and start working out, even when we’re healthy, worry-free, young and fresh.
Others put working out on top of their “TO DO” list, regardless if they’ve got morning sickness or back pains and regardless if they have to carry a consistent belly. Case and point: Jennifer Garner here, who wants (and succeeds) to stay and look fit during her pregnant days.

Heidi Montag hasn’t given up on her drowning musical career. The proof? Here she is shooting a new video -and this time, she’s not in a bikini running on the beach, but in sparkly, shiny and tight aerobics costumes that mandatory come with a big and curly pile of Barbie-like hair.
P. S.: This is definitely one girl that can afford to wear white stockings.

Here is Amanda Bynes jogging (or walking?) for exercise. I might be wrong, but I say that Amanda has looked skinnier in the past – even though in her case, the little weight gain (if any) and the tiny love handles are not doing any harm, since she’s glowing of health.

When it comes to Kim, it is vital that we get to see her from multiple perspectives – because in her case, we all know that the back and the side value more than the front.
So, here she is walking around in her tight, tight pants just after a workout. Yes, she works out – probably because her boyfriend Reggie Bush expressed her desire for… a smaller butt (according to New York Post). Now I agree that Kim’s butt is gigantic, but on the other hand, so many males out there would love to charish it, admire it and sleep next to it every night – such a pity that Kim’s boyfriend isn’t as thrilled to do so.
On another note, Kim’s booty from the side is sporting some unusual and debatable bump on the left cheek. Ideas?

If you missed overly-popular Lauren Conrad, you’d be glad to know that she is back and in great shape (pretty fit, slightly curvy hips, overall a healthy appearance). And in order to maintain that shape, here she is heading towards her gym.
Her choice of workout clothes? Spandex, yet again, since she pairs shiny spandex with high heels for a fancy look and with a casual top for a visit to the gym.

Here is Fergie on two different jogging occasions (on consecutive days, for all of you who might need a little workout stimulation), showing us her two sides, front and back. We all know that Fergie is pretty toned and appears to be fit at all times, but that doesn’t mean that she escaped the imbattable aesthetic enemy, cellulite – in fact, the enemy can be spotted on Fergie’s thighs, regardless of the perspective (inner thighs, back thighs).

In case you need a little dosage of stimulation in order to get off your comfy couch and hit the treadmill so you could start looking a little more like the slim and toned celebrities, here is Christina Ricci after a workout.
Christina was always fit and petite, but she is definitely looking more athletic than she did in the past. Now by the shape of Christina’s arms, I am assuming that the workout didn’t imply just carrying around big sacks full of clothes around (even though that might work too, at least for the lazy ones), but something a little more grueling.
How do you like Christina’s fit and petite look in her workout outfit?
Here’s the summary – Carrie Underwood was: 1. fine, but she thought she was chubby, 2. then she lost 20 lbs, got super skinny and some even thought she was going the Nicole Richie way, 3. then she gained just a little back, enough to please everyone’s eyes.
