We established on previous occasions that Jessica either fluctuates in weight with a dangerous speed, or the clothes that she wears have a great impact on how thin / puffy her figure looks. This time, the black seems is on her side, even though we don’t get to see enough skin to form an accurate impression.

I see that you insist on wearing clothes that do not flatter your shape - either that, or you are very fond of yo-yo-ing and gain and lose loads in a matter of days - I highly doubt that, so I stick with my theory that, in your case (or, more precisely, in your body shape’s case), the clothes you choose are highly relevant.
Why isn’t this outfit perfect? Firstly, you look great in shorts - just not the ones that might reveal your butt when you barely bend. Secondly, gotta work on creating a waist. Therefore, adding layers in the middle area or items that have the potential to look baloonish when associated with your impressive boobs is not recommended.
I mean, I say all these cause you looked so super pretty here. Bring back the A-line dresses, the V necks, the fitted clothes, the tight jeans and long T-shirts!

What’s the repetitive story, you ask? You know, the one that begins with Janet being a chubby teen, then metamorphosing into a hard rock bodied woman, then ballooning up, losing it again (for a new album and tour), then going back to the flabby territory and back again to the fab and fit zone, followed by yet another weight gain. Something that Oprah, Mariah Carey or Jessica Simpson have been doing on their own, as well - but it’s hard to beat yo-yo dieter Janet, though!
In her recent appearances, Janet has been using all the tricks in the book to maintain the “slimmed down” status for as much as possible: tight corsets or elastic belts, black outfits and smart fabrics and cuts. She is still using the “tighten the waist as much as possible” trick even on this occasion, yet her weight gain became pretty visible in her arms, breasts, shoulders and face.
Jessica is one of the most reputable yo-yo dieters in Hollywood, no doubt about that. Even though she was never scary skinny, nor too thick, Jessica’s weight is fluctuating a lot and on a rapid rate.
Besides the fact that Jessica put on some pounds, she also put on the WRONG dresses. What’s wrong with them? Well, the numerous frills in the boob area are definitely adding unneeded roundness to the already round and big boobs. Secondly, because of the same big and round boobs, there are slim chances to look slim in high-waisted puffy dresses, simply because it looks like the boobs are meeting the belly. Here is a picture of the recently married and slimmed down Mariah Carey. Now we all know that Mariah is a classical yo-yo dieter, since her weight has been up and down and up and down again and she probably holds the record of the most tabloid stories saying “How Celebrity X Got Her New Body”. But this time it looks like Mariah is enjoying and maintaining her new thinner figure.
The only thing I still find very curious is why Mariah is so incredibly attached to clothes that are too small. And when I say clothes, I mean jacket, dress and now that I took another look at the picture, I also mean shoes.
