No, I have not called any skinny woman “little girls bodies” on here. I’ve said they look bad, they look unhealthy, that I don’t find it appealing, I don’t get the draw of the skinny look, I may have said that one or two look disgusting being that skinny. I’ve called people that promote the skinny look and insult the “fuller”/healthier women crazy, dumb, skewed, their opinions scary and skewed. But I have not called a full grown woman a little girl, a little boy, a man, mannish, manly. And if I have, kindly point out who and when, because I have not done it recently enough to have it stand out in my mind.

Well, first of all, you should check your body shape. Only then you can have an idol, i mean a body inspiration. Someone who was the same bodyshape as yours. B/c otherwise it’s an unrealistic target and only surgery – maybe not even that – can get you there. I struggled with these unrealistic images for a very long time, but i got over it – and this site helped! B/c it showed me how many different shapes there are and how we can all find smth that suits our image. As for your weight, it’s ok for your height, you don’t need to lose more. If you have some flab or anything, the best idea is to work out right now. Muscles may add lbs to the scale, but in the same time they do make you looks skinnier, b/c everything is in the right place. I hope this is useful for you. Good luck!
