i have to say im very impressed with the magazine, these pictures are barely photoshopped. it’s refreshing! as for Vanessa, she looks good…I dont think she’s anything special, but she’s cute.

I was thinking that too about the photoshop. She is very pretty and fresh with great legs. I think they have been careful not to make her look too slutty her being so young. I am not sure about her acting talent yet as it is hard to tell from HSM.

mmm unphotoshopped yes! but somehow I do not like the photos, the wardrobe looks awful imo, and the ponytail is so wrong, her face looks so fresh and her body is slim and healthy btw really good legs.

Yeah she looks good..but I don’t like the shoot. Looks a bit tacky to me. The kind of thing you go to a shopping precinct or mall and pay £50 for a “modelling shoot”

completely agree! the pictures look very amateur-ish and the styling job was horrid- especially with the light blue monokini. Big no no for me to put that on her, especially at her young age.
She actually looks wholesome… unlike in those, ah, ‘less wholesome’ pictures of her from a few years back.

Oh yes, i couldn’t get my eyes off of them. I adore red shoes, don’t why cause they can look tacky so easily, but if they don’t, they are gorgeous. And i like the shoot too b/c it’s Natural. We need a whole lot more of that!

i so agree. everyone is saying there’s just something off in these pics, but for me it’s just that she looks exactly like a mail order bride; little clothes, cheap looking fabrics and bright but cheap looking colours. paired up with an empty grin. ah la voilà, le look! it’s one thing if your’re living in the kind of chill and warm country, but for a photo shoot, not a good look. then again my first thought genuinly was that she was dressed up a bit like her character in the movie. i mean i don’t know what kind of who*e she’s playing, if it’s the stockings and silk kind or this “take her to a date” kind of girl, but this to me is an old fashioned innocent prostitute look for sure
i think its still quite heavily photoshopped…its just done in a much more natural way and not so plasticy…gotta remember a lot of candids are still photoshopped! i saw an amazing one of Heidi Klum on the red carpet…my gosh, i couldnt believe it was photoshopped – it was done that well and i thought ‘oh she is naturally like that’ but nope…saw the originals and it was nothing like that! just a natural job. vanessa is kind of pretty- no real beauty imo BUT i think she has GORGEOUS legs
Well, i’m not going to contradict you. About the red carpet pictures: definitely photoshopped. About candids: too many are phototshoped. However, this is not disturbing. Especially in magazines, it’s normal to use it. The extent to which it is used as well as the quality of it make the difference.
yeah you’re right. i just looked at the photos again and its not like they would have changed her shape or facial features much…but there again i cant tell because i saw a photoshop tutorial and they gave this girl an ‘instant nose job’ and jsut changed the proportions of her eyes etc and took away the ‘flaws’ – fine lines and pores and pimples and omg she looked totally different to the original one! BUT she looked natural still! so i guess thats the worst they would have done here- taken away a few ppls and smoothed out the pores but it doesnt look like they have changes her shape/ made her skinnier etc and she dont look plastic! so thats true what you say =o)
Wow, the lighting for this shoot is REALLY bad. It makes everything else look exceedingly amateur. She’s a pretty girl though, I love her makeup here.
