Victoria Beckham Is Extremely Critical of Her Body

Believe it or not, skinny and tiny Posh despises certain parts of her body: like her butt and tummy – which is why she was thrilled when she saw that her “flaws” were not visible in her latest Armani ads, where she posed in sexy lingerie. The Daily Express reports:
A close friend has revealed that mother-of-three Posh was delighted with the pictures – but only because they managed to hide the parts of her body she loathes.
“Victoria’s bum is a no-go area,” said the source. “She made it clear to those working on the shoot that her bottom is not to be highlighted. She also joked that only husband David and her know what her stomach is really like, with its stretchmarks and loose skin… and she plans to keep it that way!
The tiny singer-turned-fashion designer – who has a C-section scar from the birth of third son Cruz in 2005 – is notoriously concerned about what she eats and retaining her bird-like proportions. Yet despite her best efforts she remains fiercely self-critical and, we hear, spent a long time agonising over the end results of the shoot.
“She adores the pics but she is extremely critical of her body and finds fault with everything,” added the source. “She says her stomach has been reworked with make-up and lighting and she is grateful for that. “She is also very worried about her posture at the moment and is doing a lot of stretching and realigning to try to look less round-shouldered.”

I think one look at how “plastic fantastic” and one can infer that she has some SERIOUS issues. I guess that is what comes from basing the majority of your career on being marginally attractive, rather than being talented or smart. Too bad she feels compelled to contribute to other women’s insecurities by not allowing a REALISTIC portrayal of herself.
In short, boo hoo, imagine how those of us without unlimited financial resources imagine to keep up with the non-existent standards of beauty perpetuated by such ads.
Who are these so-called ‘friends’. People you trust with you most inner secrests and they run to the tabs for a quick buck.
…it’s sad…
Posh has problems, but I’m digusted on how quickly people are ready to cash in on it rather then offer her help. Many women have issues with their bodies, but she is always in the critical eye of the public which doesn’t help the situation.
Seriously she has said so many times herself what parts of her body she hates, so her so called “friends” didn’t need to sell that story to magazines.
himm i dont believe this. probably just gossip. easy cash
Well said BlackEssence, I agree.
[...] Victoria Beckham is extremely critical of her body…WTF! [SkinnyvsCurvy] [...]
and here I thought she was loking god based on her efforts, not photosho pcosntructing a whole new tummy…
however, its defainetly gossip, you can only take waht coems fro mthe stars motuhs themselves and pictures speak a thousand diffrent words.
Oh my gosh Posh! Stretch marks? Really. Sounds a little reminiscent of the part in Spice World where you say “Do godmothers get stretchmarks?”
Victoria is not bad looking nor is she unactractively skinny, but definitely very thin and much more so than any of the other Spice Girls. It’s often a matter of preference to different individuals. Melanie Brown, though curvier and much heavier than Victoria is also quite attractive. Neither is Victoria unactractively skinny or Melanie unatractively big. Some find Queen Latifah
attractive but she is a little larger than I like them, though she even has a way of looking quite presentable to some. Bottom line is that there is plenty of room for difference and nobody winds up all alone though some are more popular.
