Adriana Lima Is Back on the Runway! Bar & Co Join Her Too

New mom Adriana Lima made her runway comeback during Paris Fashion Week – here she is rocking the catwalk at Louis Vuitton runway show, looking pretty and slim in a lace dress.
And she’s not alone! Supermodels Bar, Alessandra and Karolina (they don’t need last names anymore 
) were also part of this show!

they seem all identical to each other in terms of looks, posture, and expression…but maybe thats what the show is looking for? kind of reminds me of walking zombies in a fashionable way…

My order: Adriana, Bar, Karolina, Alessandra. Bar isn’t rocking the dress though imo, would look good on someone skinnier, the hips are looking kinda heavy.
Hmm or if the hem was shorter, she’d look good in it.
I’m thinking Adriana’s breasts are looking really smooshed and flat. Yuck. Probably not her fault but the dress. Bar has a nice waist to hip ratio.

Karolina gave a half hearted attempt at a smile, but everyone else looked bland, boring, and miserable. I wonder if Alesandra has the magic Paris Hilton bra because here she has some cleavage but in the bikini pics is flat flat flat. I want that bra too, btw.
Well, it seems to me like these dresses make the ladies look enormous or big in an unflattering way – it is the first time I see photos of a fashion show and think that the clothes would look better on smaller women. I don’t mean gnomes, just women who are as well proportioned as these models and a little smaller at the same time…
I like all of the models anyway, especially Bar Refaeli and Karolina Kurkova!
That’s because usually runway models are way skinnier than then the girls featured here. You get used to it and then you are absolutley baffled when you see some women strutting down the catwalk that are – let’s say a little more on the normal weight side. Some clothes, especially the ruffled type Bar and Karolina are wearing do create more curves as well.
Would be interesting to see them standing beside the “avererage” runway model. Probably the one and only time Allessandra could possibly look curvy. Because believe me they are horribly thin, especially if you are standing beside one – far worse than on any photo.
I love Bar’s and Adriana’s dresses!!!!

In this particular fashion show, Alessandra looks FIERCE and amazing, lovely. To the person who said thank god Adri is back…Ale looks way better than Adri here, at least to me.
I’d put her first, followed by Adri, followed by Bar, followed by Karolina.
As for them looking bland, boring and miserable…they were probably told to look like that. Even their make up washes them out. This is no VS fashion show, where they glam the girls up and tell them to have fun. Another reason why I don’t particularly pay attention to high fashion…so boring.
Have to agree here. I think Alessandra looks the best. They were probably told to do the Kristen Stewart above-it-all facial expression, but I really don’t like it on Adriana Lima. A smile on this girl is the most flattering. Everyone looks great, but based on this set of pics, I’d choose Ale. Her fierce looks fierce, rather than a bored meh expression.
Agreed! Alexandra looks the best. She actually DOES look curvy here, LOL, whereas the others look a bit frumpy.
totally. alle looks amazing here. fierce face and all. everyone else looked bland(even though most of the time they usually look pretty). adriana looks a lil chubby on the face. she looks best when she smiles or when she give those f-ck me faces. lol. i usually think bar is gorgeous but here she looks very average. nothing like a fashion model. at least the other 3 have model faces.
Bar Rafaeli should just wear a bikini all the time! clothes just do not do her perfect body justice

Surprisingly Ale does not look scary skinny and she does have an ILLUSIONIST cleavage(I wonder what bra she’s wearing) and I think she looks fierce and the best of all of them. They rest look really miserable.

i HATE HATE HATE to say it…but i actually think alessandra looks best. BUT i think its ONLY cause the outfit she is in has a better shape and is ever so slightly nicer than the others in terms or appeal. karolina’s boobs also look amazing…but the rest oh her? eh. take it or leave it.
as for the actual hot girls – i think adrina and bar are beautiful. but these dresses really do them no justice at all. goes to show i guess that is why they use sticks on the runway – cause the clothes are so ugly and unflattering they can make the woman with the best body in the world (bar) look frumpy. let them have the sticks! i will take bar and adrina in bikinis instead!
also does anyone think bar looks a bit like a prettier Sarah Jessica Parker here?

KK looks the best here but I am absolutely elated that they are using gaunt thin models and to be honest….. not really a fan of Louis Vuitton unless were talking about accessories but I adore Marc Jacobs as the creative director of the brand. I’m pretty surprised than one of the premier high fashion shows in Paris are using curvier girls usually Parisian designers tend to gravitate more towards rouging and ruffles which traditionally looks better on a petite woman which is supposedly what is considered attractive in France I may be wrong if I am someone correct me
Milan in the past used curvier girls because they gravitate more toward clean lines with whimsical or diff patterns or bright colors yet body conscious hence why Sophia Loren and Monica Bellucci are icons besides their acting skills. This is what we need! Anyways I hate to say it but Ale is looking good Adriana has looked better KK is radiant and Bar is looking not so nice she looks like she needs blot powders please.

I live in Paris and everytime I switch the TV on they talk about the fashion week ….. obviously!
Last night I heard Karl Lagerfeld HIMSELF saying that this year some designers decided to use more “normal looking” women to celebrate the girly and feminine side of the collections.
Lagerfeld himself asked Karolina Kurkova to participate to the défilé Chanel which is unbelievable for somebody who usually ditches anything that doesn’t look like a human coat-hanger!!!!!
Those dresses are all incredibly unflattering, especially that mid-calf hemline – it makes everyone look short.

Karolina – i love her dress! I don’t know why everyone keeps saying those are ugly dresses, especially this one. It is absolutely gorgeous in my eyes.
Alessandra: i want that bra!! And the gloves. And her face looks non-manly. This woman is confusing me.
If I were to choose based on the dresses and not the models, I would say Alessandra. Her dress is WAY more flattering than the others and she’s wearing major push-up action. If I were to judge them based on their looks I would say that Adriana has by far the best face and Bar the best body.
Usually I would say Bar, but here I think Alessandra looks the best,closely followed by Adriana. I like their dresses, especially Adriana s. And like someone already said, Bar just looks the best in bikinis!

The first two dresses look matronly to me, especially Bar’s. It reminds me of an Easter dress I had to where back in 1992. The others two dresses look pretty good, mostly because they show off their assets, but that’s just me. My favorite model is Adriana, but not here so much.
I have a hard time liking Adriana due to all of the rumors I have heard concerning her ego, but crap, she is just so absolutely stunning.
And I have never liked Karolina’s face at all.
Alessandra was lovely but now her face looks so gaunt to me (though still pretty). And wow elf ears! Such a picky thing to notice but I couldn’t help it

Well I was far from saying she was an egotistical maniac… I just stated that I have heard she is full of herself. However they (the rumors) could be false.

they all look a bit ‘fuller’ here. BUt what i dont get is why people always call Kim K ‘large framed’ when she isnt! shw would have a smaller frame than all of these women (maybe not skinnier tho). Bar looks really wide here, as does Adriana in the first one

i always thought she was sooo beautiful, but now that she’s gone fatty, she looks SO avarage! I have friends much prettier them all these models, its a shame they’re in law school (thinking about money)

I wish models with a similar body size to Karolina, Adriana and Bar would walk down haute couture runways. They’re fuller bodied and in some cases, clothing can look better on a fuller body.
I’m not really familiar w/ Adriana Lima, but I like that her face isn’t gaunt. Her cheeks have a nice soft, rounded shape to them, which I think usually gives a youthful appearance.
