Outside of this picture, I would say Scarlett, but when judging on just this picture alone, I would say Eva because she’s wearing a dress that shows her figure and the other two are a little more conservative in their dress.

hard to say cause paz and scarlett are dressing in unflattering boring clothes that doesnt define their figures, whereas eva looks the best dressed!
eva though is hotter overall (but she has the tendency to look a little masculine at times)
