I could have easily made out of these pics a title like” Who Pulls Off the Little White Dress?”, “Who’s Blonder?” or “Who Got the Tan Right, for a Change?”, but for now, Tara and Paris are competing in the Skinny Department. And if you look at them, it seems that they went for the same white summer dress, bleach and tan formula.

Of course Tara Reid is skinnier. Paris Hilton is overrated when it comes to skinny. She is not so skinny. Her thighs are pretty huge compared to Tara Reid for example. If you compare Paris to Britney Spears, then Paris is kinda skinny but now she is almost fat.
