   That is weird! A little bit of Lady Ga Ga.
   It’s like when you put lip liner way beyond your natural lip…..people can always tell.
   She’s just dressing up and being dramatic for the night out. It isn’t terrible. It’s interesting.

   Kind of clownish…and I think that green nail polish is absolutely horrid!
   Her little pomeranian is ADORABLE, though, so it kind of takes some attention from the terrible make up

    I like the whole doll eyes look and she’s an Osbourne so she can pull off almost every freaky thing. I like Kelly, it would be weird if everyone dressed the same. Love the green nails and the hat.

    It’s weird, but works if you stare at it more then 5 seconds.

    And I can’t fault her, she looks the best she’s ever looked. Healthy, happy, polished, you can see how toned her body is getting, and her actual shape. And that dress does wonders for her thighs.

    I always heard that white eye-liner or white eye-pencil makes your eyes look bigger…well it makes eyes look dolly-like…
    But I think black eye-liner makes eyes bigger…in the arabic culture,women since centuries back have been using black eye-pencils to make eyes bigger…
    I do not get it…
    I use smokey eye-make up all the time…and I think it makes my eyes stand out…like in Monica Cruze ( penelope Cruze’s lil sis..I am not sure about her name ) and like Kim Kardashian..maybe with brown eyes,the black eye-pencil makes your eyes bigger? but with blue or green eyes..not so much?
    Anyone knows?

      No, it does, my eyes are dark blue and dark, smokey eye make-up makes all the difference- it depends how you put it on. A little white liner on the inside of your eyes can make your eyes look healthier, too much can make you look… like your eyes are melting off your face.

      It does. If you line the bottom lid with white liner, it makes them look larger and brighter. I don’t know what Kelly calls herself doing though..

    Her dress looks great on her and her hat is adorable, but the makeup doesn’t look good with her pale skin and hair, especially with the flash on. It might look interesting in a professional photo shoot setting with appropriate lighting, but not here. I hope she doesn’t lose any more weight – she looks great.

    I like her nail polish. And for those wondering the breed of dog it’s a Pomeranian, hopefully a puppy and not a teacup.
