Tara was a wow girl to begin with: pretty face and slim body. Then plastic surgery happened and Tara went from wow to eww - and we could all observe that while looking at pictures of her on the beach. What happened next? Tara dropped a lot of weight and was on the verge of becoming emaciated. Then gained some back… and this is the result.
