Wow, sorry, but I find this quite disturbing.
She is a bodybuilder inside out… if you make something your identity, something so limited to time as your body gets old and sick, you just crash into depression afterwards, because there is nothing to fulfill you anymore (there’s been some actual studies published this year).
Can someone tell me the purpose of this? It’s not about health, is it?

Erm, Schwartzy seems to be doing quite fine, yes?

She doesn’t look like a woman! Moreover she doesn’t look like a human, more like some mythological creature, or centaur…
Definitely a big no from me, a woman should definitely not look this way, very unnatural and disturbing.
P.S. I feel like I’m not going to like this athlete series based on the first post.

There are many athletes who have very nice, feminine bodies, so you may like some.
By the way, what happened to Male Mondays? I miss these posts.

This is more along the line of “body modification” than “athleticism”.

Nobody, no matter their sex, can achieve this physique without artificial chemicals.

Exactly, I find it strange to kick of a series called athlete series with a person that is obviously fully of steroids and god knows what other forbidden substances. That’s not what athleticism should be about. Why not use Shalane Flanagan, she just won NYC Marathon on Sunday, that would be an interesting topic. Or any other athlete that actually is meaningful in a properly regulated sport (even bodybuilding has more regulated federations and competitions where people compete naturally).

She must have sky level committment skills.
do I like it? No.
But is none of my business…no wonder she is world champion

Certainly not my personal preference and obviously not a natural look. I just hope she’s healthy and happy with her appearance.

probably not healthy or happy at this point… you basically have to have serious body dysmorhpic disorder to get to this point, and the effect of all the drugs on her system can’t be good in the long run

Roids end of story……..I have never understood bodybuilding and/or fitness model contests. Most contestants look EXACTLY alike. Winners are based on being in good with the judges. The cycling of PED’s the constant eating. What a miserable life…….but to each his or her own.

please most people who do bodybuilding for fun do NOT take it anywhere near this level. this is like a disease. your friend from work who does fitness shows as a hobby, it can actually be very fun and fulfilling.

Gross she’s been roided out. Testosterone is highly damaging to a biological female

not to mention the huge disparity between her in season and off season weights… i mean…from overweight (due to muscle/roids) to obesity level in off-season. that kind of fluctuation has to be extremely rough on the body. that lack of balance likely shortens one’s lifespan by a significant amount.

ps. she’s only 25!! looks waaay older! her poor skin…stretched to oblivion.

Wait a minute. She gains 36-58lbs in the off season?? I’m familiar with bulking and cutting to increase strength and size, but not gaining 58lbs in an off season!

A loooot of it is water weight. They stop drinking any fluids and make copious use of a sauna immediately prior to a competition.

I googled her and no sign of her being 60 pounds heavier than this. Prolly fake news….

Thank you for this post. I’m excited to see the reaction in the comments section. This will test the “she looks like a man” arguments that is defended here when Serena Williams is featured on here.

Considering how users of this site seem to go in on Doutzen for being “overly muscular”, I can only imagine what the comments here will be

Nobody said she was overly muscular. They said she was overly “dry”. Not the same.

I don’t even know what to say, I appreciate a muscular body and the effort it takes, but this looks grotesque to me. She looks like she’s about to burst. I would also venture to guess that there’s no way this was achieved by exercise alone but I don’t know enough about body building to say for sure. But it really looks scary to me.

for sure no way haha. this is not possible without huge amounts of drugs.

what disturbs me the most is the huge amount of food the y need, for example, 20 egg whites and many kilos of meat per day. No care and worries about the environment and animals. I hate their attitude. So egocentric…

Whenever I see such bodybuilders I think of cows, bred for muscle and you can choose your cut of meat at the butcher… (I don’t even eat mammals or birds.)
On the other hand it’s like any other sport, lots of training and discipline and various more or less legal treatments. This however just doesn’t seem fun to me, like playing footbal or cycling or swimming is :/

This look is not achievable by diet and weightlifting alone and I hate when this extreme is featured as people (women mostly) who do not lift weights and/or bodybuild suddenly think this might happen to them if they do. Women cannot develop this amount of mass without the use of an incredible amount of steroids and/or HGH (human growth hormone). It is biologically impossible and the use of artificial testosterone is required. Please don’t think you will look like this if you lift weights – if anything, your body becomes leaner and more compact and yes if you lift enough… Read more »

EXACTLY THANK YOU. This was a poor choice to feature on this site where most women know nothing about strength sports.

WOW this is way too much! She is definitely not attractive. There is nothing feminine about her. All extremes are wrong… Did you see the hastags? She thing she is sexy, with big b**bs and awesome, also this – #f*ckskinnygethuge #bodypositive ?? Any thoughts?

This is not natural, I know know women that do lifting. This is roids, reminds me of Chyna. She used to deny roids, than years later admitted to using them. Like everyone couldn’t tell.

Sorry I just think gross. She must like it because she gets so much attention for it. Same with anyone who does something that is unnatural to their body and they think it looks good. The weirdos who like that will gravitate towards them so they think they’re so hot but in reality to most people it’s grotesque. Same with a person starving away to brittle bones or a person with so much fat you can’t find a bone or muscle. At least for a moment we could all collectively be happy we don’t look like that! She’s choosing it,… Read more »

I even think the male bodybuilders are yuck because deep down “normal” people are attracted to good health and that looks like a disease.

i mean it’s impressive but she sorta scares me lol but then again i’ve never been into extreme body building. i like Amber Rayne Abweh (insta: Swoleesi), she’s a power lifter and looks a bit like Dany from GOT.

love swoleesi! haha. she is quite small for her strength! I also love megsquats and kristen pope (weightlifter), they’re a bit bigger than swoleesi but also natural I believe.
