I absolutely adore this woman! I find her interesting looking and most of the time very very beautiful! She seems very sweet and honest.
I do think she has aged a lot.

Even though I’m not sure I know exactly how my body works or what I should ideally eat/how much I should exercise – I’m also not sure Cameron Diaz knows what works for everyone either! Women do come in a lot of different shapes and sizes and I believe we also all have a different optimal nutrition/exercise balance that can work with our individual lives, goals and mindsets. She might be saying all that in her book though, for all I know! Anyway, I really like Cameron – she always seems very fun, very genuine and a little bit unsure… Read more »

Most if not all of her pics are from her upcoming Annie where she plays Miss Hannigan. She’s in costume.

Meh. She’s not a writer or certified anything. This book doesn’t give you anything you can’t find for a lot less on coddly mommy blogs and women’s magazines.

Sounds like a cute coffee table book if you have money to spend on that kind of stuff. I don’t believe I’ll learn anything new from her, but if it’s something she wants to do, why not? She does have a good body and must know what works, at least for her. I would take her advice over G. Paltrow’s any day. I’m not a big fan of her face or her style, but she seems sweet and confident in her own skin, and most importantly, healthy.

The thing I love about this book is that, unlike other celebs, she isn’t pretending she know what will work for everyone and isn’t trying to teach us about nutrition like she is a certified expert. She seems very genuine in this video and I do think her motive for this book is to inspire others to love their bodies (and obviously to make money lol). That vid was lovely and I enjoyed seeing those women who all seemed pretty comfortable with themselves and they were all so beautiful.

I don’t agree with the making money part, because she can earn SOOO much more money with just playing another movie or some commercials.

She clearly states in the video it’s not a fitness/diet instructional book. But just sharing very basic knowledge to remind women about food, energy, muscles, fat etc. She seems really sweet in the video. Although, I’m hoping they cast a diverse range of races and sizes and don’t perpetuate stereotypes (ie. hope they casted a diverse range of black women of all types of sizes and shapes not just two extremes or polar opposites).
