At high request, here is a Gisele Bundchen before after comparison – on the left, Gisele and her trademark thin and fit figure back in 2014 and on the right, a much curvier Gisele posing in an electric blue swimsuit with mega cleavage earlier this week.

Playing around between shots, the 36-year-old Brazilian model did a shoot with famous photographer Mario Testino in Rio this week, both in swimwear and bright outfits.

Gisele Bündchen Feeds Her Kids Acai Berries and Tries to Convince Them It’s Icecream

Health-nut Gisele Bündchen is well known for her super healthy diet that excludes things like sugar and gluten – and her kids are part of her eating plan. The supermodel recently opened up to People Magazine about how she feeds her family (after last week, she talked abut how she won’t let her kids have more than one piece of Halloween candy) – and you guessed, it’s all very healthy and organic. Here are the details from People:

On her super healthy diet and how she starts her day: Bündchen, 36, begins each day with lukewarm water and lemon, which she follows with a homemade green juice made with “whatever I have in the fridge,” including spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, ginger, turmeric, and an apple, “to make it sweeter.”

On what her kids eat: When it comes to the kids, the mother of three switches it up in the kitchen each morning. Ranging from scrambled eggs and gluten-free toast with avocado to coconut yogurt and the occasional gluten-free pancake, Bündchen makes breakfast for her little ones every day. To implement fruits into their diet, she serves the kid-favorite combo  — and tries to convince them that it’s ice cream!

On the fact that she doesn’t drink caffeine: “I don’t drink coffee. I do like tea though, but at night. A cup of tea before I go to sleep.”

On her workouts and lifestyle: “I exercise daily, I drink a lot of water, I eat healthy and we have a very healthy diet at home. I think all of that helps, but it’s also about an attitude and how you take care of your body and if you are nourishing yourself with the foods you eat and the thoughts you have.”

On her family garden: “We use the food from our garden daily. Winter in New England is very cold, so we can’t grow the same amount of food year around. During the growing season, we love our salads made from the spinach, kale, arugula, tomatoes cucumbers, zucchinis, squash and the other delicious things from our garden.”

Gisele Bundchen’s Approach to Halloween Candy

very-restrictive-diet - Gisele Bundchen's Approach to Halloween Candy

Supermodel queen Gisele Bundchen is known for opting for a very restrictive diet, one that is mostly raw and void of sugar. The mom of two implements almost the same diet when it comes to her kids, which is why she is very much against Halloween candy.

More details on this story from People Magazine:

Forget eating her kids’ Halloween candy, Gisele Bündchen not only didn’t steal any of her children’s haul, but she gave it all away! The supermodel mom made an appearance at the grand opening of the Under Armour Boston Brand House in the Prudential Center on Wednesday evening, and explained that son Benjamin and daughter Vivian (who dressed as Mario and a pony, respectively) were so uninterested in their Halloween haul, they let their mom give it away.

“We don’t really have that a kind of sugar in our house,” Bündchen told PEOPLE. “I let them try one (piece), but they really only had one bite and then they didn’t want it anymore. So I told them if they didn’t like it I was going to give it away to other kids and they actually let me give their candy away,” she added of her and Tom Brady‘s kids.

But don’t feel bad for Bündchen’s kids; they still get to eat dessert every day.

“It’s a little different kind of sweets, so they’re not used to it,” said Bündchen. “I said to them, ‘You know, there are so many kids that don’t get candy and you guys got so many, some kids don’t even get one! And they’re like, ‘Oh mom, okay you can give it to them if they don’t get any.’”

What do you think of Gisele’s very restrictive diet approach? Moderation is better or perfectly reasonable?

Gisele: “I Was Told My Nose Was Too Big”

models-092115-_11 - Gisele: "I Was Told My Nose Was Too Big"

On her past insecurities:

“I remember some people telling me my nose was too big or my eyes were too small, that I could never be on a magazine cover. It wasn’t easy to be 14 and hear that kind of criticism. It made me feel insecure. I told my dad, and he said, ‘Next time, tell them, I have a big nose and that comes with a big personality’. At that point I felt, if I kept working hard and giving my best, it would all work out.”

… says Gisele.
