‘The gym I box in is a really old, sweaty, dirty boxing gym. Real fighters, no bullsh***ing. I’m all about instant gratification. I don’t have the patience to do long, slow, yoga movements, or swim length after length of a semi-cold pool. Boxing challenges your reflexes, your speed, your mind…everything. Run for an hour and a half? That’s not me. I like explosive energy instead of pacing it.’
