On how she has to look for her husband:
‘I will sometimes say, “I am 50 years old! Why do I have to look good? I already got my guy!” But then, I don’t want to lose the guy, either. I love the world “curvy”; it’s artistic. A straight line can be boring. [But] I’m not going to lie to you, I would like the curve to go in instead of out in some places.’

From our Fabulous over 50 Club: Check out this lovely pair – Demi Moore, who is 53 years-old, and Salma Hayek, who just turned 50 in September.
The ladies were spotted at the 2016 LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles, where they both looked fabulous in their chosen frocks: while Demi went or a leggy look in a shorter dress with ample red sleeves, Salma looked gorgeous in a floor-length dress with lots of appliques.

On approaching 50:
“That made me insecure too… especially when it’s new it’s like (shrugs shoulders). Well I am entering my fifties so your body confidence isn’t that good. I think it depends on the day, for everybody, there’s some days you say, ‘this is it,’ and you love it. Then there are days when you go, ‘this can not be it! Is this really it?’ So I think it’s up and down all the time!”
On being a queen in everyday life:
“You have to get up and become your own work of art; from the moment you put yourself together. Not that I do it! I am quite lazy in the queen department. But celebrate who you are and celebrate life and know that this is your experience.”

On how she stays in amazing shape without working out:
I don’t exercise… I just hold my body in a way that activates muscles all day long. I don’t have time to exercise. I am working. I’ve had some 20-hour days. Some people have the discipline to exercise in the morning, and I didn’t develop that. I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long. So even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles. She taught me to tone them without clenching them. You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If you’re aware of your body, you’d be surprised by the effect it can have.
