My day starts out with the gym, which is followed by a protein shake. I love Odwalla Super Protein. It’s great, it gives you enough protein after your workout. If I have time, I’ll get a real shake made by the gym, and possibly a banana. The shakes are like coconut, banana, orange, apples, almonds.
