Looks amazing but considering what a control freak she is with food and her Tracy Anderson workouts I’m surprised she has any softness on her body at all from that first pic. I guess it’s just natural aging and not doing heavy strength workouts since apparently Tracy anderson forbids that among her clients ROFL

Came here to say just that^^. From the first pic I thought she’d been misidentified. I thought she was much slimmer and tighter… She looks like any average ‘in shape’ 44 year old mum.
And makes me feel fantastic about how I look in comparison. Normally I can’t stand Gwynnie but today I am loving her 🙂

If there’s any reason to follow Tracy Anderson. The best chance you have at shaking your body though exercise is targeted weight movement. Even then some people just don’t have the Genetics.

I think she looks good… But she might need to do a few squats to lift that behind. But good for her, she’s seems to be happy and has found a balance between exercise, lifestyle, whatever else she preaches. I like going on GOOP every once in a while, its a well designed site.

a few squats? i squatted up to 225 lbs and my butt looked marginally better. my quads grew for sure. then i tried hip thrusts, got to 300 lbs. i was slim and fit but shaped like sponge bob with no butt and love handles. those fitness models with big butts on instagram? photoshop or implants. my plastic surgeon told me he gets lots of models getting butt implants. look up the how the flute muscles look. you want to know what shape the butt has with overdeveloped glutes? look up a male bodybuilder i looked up before and after… Read more »

You’re right, for sure a lot of people with the bouncy high butts have had work done, and some are genetically blessed. But I feel like she probably doesn’t squat/lunge much (legs just look thin). I’ve checked out Tracey Anderson videos in the past and not much weight related stuff.

It’s also has a lot to do with body type. If you have that pearish shape and you build muscle easily insta butt is possible even with moderate exercise (or let’s say a butt that looks like an insta butt with the right angle, clothing and light, because those are as relevant to insta butts as the butt itself). Fitness model may just have that fortunate physique, where you have a photogenetic bum with relative ease. how much did you weigh, what was your bf %? I haven’t found it difficult to grow my butt, but it might be partly due to genetic body shape since I’ve always stored more fat there – where you store fat can be partially changed through diet but not completely. I’ve increased muscle mass there and gained a small amount of fat at the same time, which has mostly gone there… I know this is partly genetic but also partly diet and exercise since I used to gain fat more evenly and more in the stomach/hip area before I started… Read more »

im lucky to have a perky butt.
if and i do exercise – great, i look slightly better. if i dont, nevertheless its ok, maybe a bit more cellulite.
what i want to say – those models are probaby just gifted with good genes when they SWEAR on squats, bcs yeah – squats worekd for u becouse u have predispositons for it.

She is thin… but that is the only thing that I can find positive about her body. Her body is completely square. NO waist at all… flat butt. weird extended belly… I don’t get it. All the “cleanses”… and workouts… and “goop”… I don’t know of a single man who would look at her body and find it attractive.
