Kourtney Kardashiann in a Bikini Reveals Her Weight Loss Plan 1

Even though new mom Kourtney Kardashian already got a “How I Lost the Baby Weight” bikini cover (see the post HERE!) just a few weeks ago, she is back in a tabloid and back in a bikini – plus this time, she reveals her weight loss plan. In case you’re curious, here it is (from Life & Style):

“I used to always get a chai latte from Starbucks, but I just switched to one espresso shot,” Kourtney tells Life & Style. Simply swapping 16 ounces of latte for an espresso saves 235 calories! “I’m allowing myself one serving of caffeine while breastfeeding [baby Mason], and the latte was really all sugar and milk,” says Kourt, who also cuts out other unnecessary calories, like those from juice and dehydrated fruits. “I was eating a lot of dried fruit, and I didn’t realize how much sugar that added. And now I’ll eat raw almonds instead of salted ones.”

Kourtney likes the few extra pounds she gained in her bottom while pregnant – so she’s found exercises that will help her keep her booty, but tone and lift it. “I want to try to do squats – stuff that will keep the booty up there,” she says about the classic power move that helps lift, tone and define the legs, quads, hamstrings and glutes.

“I’m big on running – just putting on my iPod Shuffle and going for a run by my house,” says Kourtney, who also uses the treadmill or elliptical at her mom’s house. Nutritionist Oz Garcia says choosing an enjoyable activity is half the battle. “You’ll be having fun and losing weight at the same time.”

“Frozen yogurt tastes so chemically to me because I’ve been eating salads and salmon and chicken,” Kourtney tells Life & Style. “Fresh food is so much better.” Garcia agrees: “By simply cutting out processed foods, products with high sugar and the bread basket, you’ll shed pounds more efficiently.”

  2. this is some of the worst retouching i have ever seen. One of her legs is literally half the size of the other! magazines should at least try harder to hide it…sheesh.

  3. i always thought she was the best looking and had the best shape out of all of them. but this cover is definately photoshopped. u know every week a cover is done on one of them talking about losing weight. it shame they have no talent to talk about.

  4. She looks great. I wonder how much she weighs. Just today I read some court documents on Kim K’s previous abusive marriage, and in them she is listed at that time as weighing 103 pounds on her 5 ‘3’ body. So I guess you might actually have a more accurate example of where her weight has ranged before. I know people assumed she weighed a LOT more considering her thickness and that, of course, she MUST be lying about her body because what you SEE in a pic makes you just automatically KNOW what someone weighs and all, but either way, all 3 sisters are looking great right now.

    • I have a VERY VERY VERY, hard time believing Kim K only weighed 103! Kendra Wilkinson is 5’4 and she USED to weight 115lb! Kendra is looks half the size of Kim K! If they actually weighed Kim K then WOW the camera does adds 10lbs maybe even 20lbs!!
      Now Kourtney on the other hand i do believe weighs in the lower 100’s. She is only 4’11, and shes always been the least curvy of them all.

        • So if being 4ft10 makes a woman a ‘dwarf’, does that mean being 6ft makes a woman a ‘giant’ considering 5ft5 is the average height for females?

          • Well to classed with gigatism you have to be several standard deviations above the average for your age group and sex. I’m not saying it’s fair to classify 4’10 people as dwarfs, but that is he medical definition. From the always reliable wikipedia: “Dwarfism is a medical disorder with the sole requirement being an adult height under 4 feet 10 inches (147 cm)”.

          • Well to be fair wiki says, ‘Dwarfism is short stature resulting from an abnormal medical condition. It is sometimes defined as an adult height of less than 4 feet 10 inches, although this definition is problematic because short stature in itself is not a disease’.

            So it’s more a case that ‘all dwarfs are short’ rather than ‘all short people are dwarfs’. Dwarfism is an entire condition and relates to much more than just height.

          • Apparently so, I think you can claim some sort of disability allowance (here in Ireland) if you are 4’10” or below and 5’11” or above.

            95% of women are between 5’1” (I think) and 5’8”. That is one standard deviation. As the poster above states its two standard deviation above the mean ie. 95% of the remaining 5%…

            So yeah either side is considered abnormal to the point of being at a disadvantage.

            Being dwarf in structure different from having dwarfism. Dwarfism/Gigantism usually arises from having an imbalance of growth hormone in infancy and childhood. So just being short doesn’t mean you have dwarfism, but it does make you a dwarf.

  5. I know the Kardashians always talk about weight and dietcing..etcetcetc

    But this is like the first time where a Kardashian has said something really intelligent about weight loss. Everything Kourtney said is reasonable and healthy.

    Perphaps she is the most intelligent one out of the bunch.

  6. They photo shop the picture so much. Who knows what her real body looks like?? But then again who really cares. I am tired of hearing the Kardashians talk about there bodys.

    she’s 31 years old, why doesn’t she have a treadmill/elliptical at her own apt/house?

    They ‘get it back’ at least once per month!

  10. All the Kardashians ever do is diet it seems. I’m so sick of all of them. Anyway, I know she’s short, but her legs luck STUMPY. That’s the first thing I noticed. I have no problem with short girls, but compared to her upper body jeesh.

    • I think she is originally a small pear / skittle – but with the breast implants, she looks closer to a vase / hourglass. She mentioned the implants on the show.

    they really REALLY cannot do anything else, but this?

    all you need to do to get famous nowadays is “lose 5 pounds in 5 days” or buy a different type of a coffee in order to save calories and than take a picture in bikiny of yourself, remove 70 % of your body fat with photoshop and thats it..

    sooooooooo pathetic
