On her daily diet as a Victoria’s Secret model:
’80 percent fruit and veg, 10 percent fat, 10 percent protein. I say an avocado a day, lots of nuts, lots of fish, and then just fruit and veg. I limit dairy and excess carbs basically. No processed food.’
On her trick to sticking to her diet:
‘I always carry cherry tomatoes with me. If I am hungry and food is far away, or flying, or in a non-vegan friendly environment, I make sure I have some tomatoes to eat.’
On her workout routine:
‘In New York I have an amazing trainer who does weight training in the gym with me and I love doing that kind of workout but then I’ll mix it up with reformer pilates, yoga, boxing classes, try and do something different all the time.’
… says 25 year-old Georgia.

full grain carbs are way more satiating than most fruit, too
Lol I had the same thought, the math isn’t adding up
yeah it doesn’t make sense, and i agree about the cherry tomatoes not not mention they’ll give you a stomach ulcer if you have them constantly on an empty stomach, so id think this is just bs, she’s probably been following the 80, 10, 10 program for no longer than a month
yeah I don’t think she understands what macronutrients are actually in food. Maybe she is only counting the fish as protein and not the nuts, and percentage is not by macros but by volume?? Either way it just shows how uneducated she is about food. No surprise there really. I think most models have no idea what they’re doing, they just eat little enough to stay skinny.
She looks great, but she’s still young! My friends and I have noticed pretty sharp drops in metabolism (much “harder” to stay the same) going from early to late 20s… it would be more interesting to hear how some of the older models maintain their figures
it’s the post teen “drop of metabolism” due to not gaining 5+ cm per year anymore.
Aka, not a true “drop of metabolism”
most women are done growing in height by age 18-20, so that doesn’t explain a metabolism drop from early to late 20’s. I think it has more to do with activity level from what I’ve seen, when people “settle down” more in their late 20s they are way less physically active unless they do serious workouts like crossfit or lifting, in which case they can eat the same amount as they did in their early 20s for quite a long time.
so. thin.
Idk why this got disliked. If someone doesn’t think she is very thin, that person has a very unhealthy mind. She has for sure a BMI under 18 (I would even say more towards 16). It’s like saying that horrible Tess person isn’t actually fat with a morbidly obese BMI. Or even Ashley whatshername not calling fat when she as well has an overweight BMI that’s more leaning towards the obese zone, with not enough muscle mass to even consider NOT fat.
Georgia is very thin. Wether you like that or not, that’s a fact. LOL.
> Says she eats “lots of fish”
> Eats cherry tomatoes when in a “non-vegan friendly environment”
I’m sorry, WHAT?
She’s too skinny for my taste but at least her diet sounds believeable given her figure. It would have been ridiculous if she had claimed to eat burgers and pizza like some VS girls like to do.
ugh, mouth breather. close thy mouth madam, lest flies fly in through your “sexy” expression
Well if she really eats “lots of fish and nuts” it has to be more than just 10% protein and 10% fat, but I like that she’s not pretending to gorge on cheeseburgers every day. I like her upper body, her legs are a bit too skinny for my taste.
If by “cherry tomatoes” she means Adderal or coke? Lol GTFOH with this crap.
She looks like she has Emily ratajowskis body ( ‘minus b~~~~ ) ‘maybe 5″8 and 115 lbs or so looks a little thin but at least doesn’t lie about a strict diet. -and she IS young
😍
I really like avocados but they’re so damn expensive where I live.
I wonder how little these women eat to stay so thin after their early twenties. I’m freshly 22 and have to eat way less to maintain the weight I easily did just a year ago.
try working out more!
Are you sûre you havent changed anything regarding your diet or workout routine ?
I am 26 and i have the same body i had when i was 16. Îve always had a healthy diet and i eat juste the same i did 10 years ago.
Im pretty sure your metabolim doesnt chnage much until you reach menopause.
Seriously, SHAME on her for posting such a disordered diet. Only 10 perfect protein? 80% fruits/vegetables? This is a starvation diet, plain and simple.
I mean we all know what they do unless we are delusional. No point in lying I think we’re all intelligent enough to know they don’t eat much but
Everyone in the comments kept saying “she’s so young” or using her age to describe her eating habits/body and all I could think of was damn, she does not look thaaaaat young. And then I checked the age and saw that she was 25 and I was so confused? I mean yes 25 is young, but she’s not Kaia Gerber young.
many people make excuses when they could be inspired instead.
What’s inspiring about her?
She looks so thin and tired.
I find Monica Belluci’s body and philosophy on enjoying food and active life inspiring.
It’s a very healthy diet and I admire her for it. The main point is getting off sugar addiction for an average person though, and you are a fool if you belive you can go cold turkey for a month or even a few months.
It takes gradual relaxed but constant training for a couple of years, if you are not like that since childhood(some people just don’t enjoy overeating since they are babies).
well done. is a good diet and a good example, without giving an unecessary attitude
How is eatin 10% protein per day a good example?
She didn’t specify if it is a weight, caloric or size percentage.
she is giving an idea of what she does.
clearly 10% protein would be (on a 1800cal diet):
180 cal (=180gr chicken a day, more than enough)
half a plate of protein in a 5plates diet full of vegs (again, enough)
2kg vegs&fruit&so diet> 200gr or plus from protein source, still enough.(as an example, 1apple is 200gr, which makes 5 fruits more ore less 1kg and only 500-600cal or so)
so I really don’t see your point.
It is enough protein if you train a bit regularly. If you don’t train at all is too much, if you train hard is too little.
180 cal of chicken doesn’t convert into 180 g but less than half of that… about 75g.
But yeah, agree, it is still more than enough protein if we remember that the recommended daily amount for average woman is 46-50g.
” the recommended daily amount for average woman is 46-50g.”
I would not trust that number as being an ideal to strive more. more like a minimum to survive
check yourself, https://www.usda.gov/
I am average height 5’4, more on the thin spectrum of the statistics…and for being active, they recommend me 40 g. The model didn’t tell us what is her caloric input, so can’t really comment on the 10% protein.
sure, I’m saying I would not trust the usda on these things. they have repeatedly put out now-proven-to-be-incorrect information in the past. they are hardly trustworthy on these things. same goes for many in the medical profession unfortunately. science hasn’t taught us everything about health yet, not even close. you will live just fine with 40g protein per day but you’ll feel a lot better and be able to eat a lot more with more than that.
lol at 1800 kcal for a small framed, 25yo model.
Try 1600 with workout MAX. That’s one small piece of fish or chicken breast a day for 10% protein–no additional nuts–that’s it. Probably why her face looks tired and drawn and her skin looks purple.
vegan fish? LOL I hate celebrities who claim to be vegan, but they eat ” at least” fish. FISH ARE ANIMALS TOO.
omg i would literally die if i had to eat like this on top of working out lol! since the industry is so brutal, i’m not surprised by how she eats, at least she’s being honest about it.
Non-vegan friendly environment? But she says she eats fish? She has great abs though. Carbs do retain water, I think most Angels go carb free before big shows. But one does not live on cherry tomatoes lmao.
carbs make your muscles pop though. bodybuilders carb up and dehydrate before shows. models just get it all wrong dont they haha
Sorta cute but boring in my opinion. Don’t really like THAT much ab definition on women personally, unless you dress really girly to make up for it. I find it slightly masculine looking, just being honest.
She is too thin for my taste especially for a lingerie brand. I think her body fits high fashion better.
Her head looks too big for her body.
that has to be wrong. 10 % protein?
She looks like Kaia Gerber.
